Privacy Policy

Elenor has no accounts and no sign-in. We do not run ads, we do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell or share your personal information. The outfits and lookbooks you create are stored on your own device.
What stays on your device
Your outfits, lookbooks, favorites, canvas layouts, cart contents and app settings are saved locally on your iPhone or iPad. They are not uploaded to us, and they are included in your device backups only if you have iCloud or local backups enabled. Deleting the app removes this data.
Photos you add
You can add your own photos — for example to try a look on yourself, or to place an image on a canvas. Photos you add stay on your device unless you use a feature that needs to process them:
- Try-on. When you try an outfit on a photo, that image is sent to our image-processing service and on to our third-party processing provider, which generates the result and returns it to the app. The image is used to produce your result and for no other purpose. We do not attach your name, email, or any account identifier to it, because the app has none.
- Background removal. Cutting a subject out of a photo runs entirely on your device using Apple's on-device Vision framework. Nothing is uploaded.
Elenor requests access to your photo library only when you choose to add a photo, and only receives the images you pick. You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos.
Sharing a look
When you tap Send Link on an outfit, Elenor uploads that outfit's image and the names and links of the pieces in it, and gives you a web address you can send to anyone. Those links are unlisted — the address contains a random identifier and the pages are excluded from search engines — but anyone who has the address can open it. Shared outfits are deleted automatically seven days after they are created. You only create one when you choose to share.
Browsing and buying
The product catalog is downloaded from our database so the app can show you what is available. These requests fetch catalog content and do not carry personal information about you.
Elenor does not sell anything directly and does not take payments. When you open a product to buy it, you leave the app and land on the retailer's own website, where that retailer's privacy policy and terms apply. We are not paid for these links.
Technical data
Like any app that talks to the internet, our servers receive ordinary request information — such as an IP address and the type of device making the request — as a necessary part of delivering a response. This is used to operate and secure the service, not to build a profile of you. Apple also provides us with aggregate, anonymous App Store statistics such as download and crash counts; these never identify individual users.
Children
Elenor is rated 13+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices
Because Elenor has no account, there is no profile for us to look up, export or delete. You can remove everything the app holds by deleting it from your device. If you have shared an outfit link and want it taken down before it expires, email us with the link and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change materially affects how your information is handled, we will make that clear in the app.
