What to include

If you are reporting a problem, these details let us fix it much faster: your iPhone or iPad model, your iOS version, the app version from the App Store listing, and what you were doing when it went wrong. A screenshot or screen recording is worth a thousand words.

Which devices are supported

Elenor runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later. It is free, with no subscription and no in-app purchases.

Where are my outfits stored?

On your device. Elenor has no account, so your lookbooks are not synced to a server and are not tied to a login. Because of that, deleting the app deletes your saved outfits, and they do not move to a new device on their own — a device-to-device transfer or an encrypted backup restore will carry them across. We would rather tell you this plainly than have you lose work.

How long does a shared link last?

Seven days. When you tap Send Link on an outfit, Elenor creates an unlisted page anyone with the address can open, and it is deleted automatically after a week. If you want one removed sooner, email us the link.

A product link is wrong or sold out

Pieces link out to the retailers that sell them, and their stock changes without telling us. Send us the piece and we will get the catalog corrected.

Try-on did not work on my photo

Try-on works best on a clear, well-lit, full-length photo with the whole body visible and the subject facing the camera. Busy backgrounds, heavy shadows, and cropped or angled shots are the usual culprits. If a photo that meets all that still fails, send it over and we will take a look.

Privacy

What Elenor does and does not collect is spelled out on the privacy page. The short version: no account, no ads, no trackers, and your outfits stay on your device.
